We take great pride in making quality pieces that will work and you’ll love. It is important to us that you are wholly satisfied with your product. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your piece, we will gladly issue you a refund or exchange for the value of the merchandise (given the pieces meet the following criteria). Merchandise must be unworn. 

Please send the return item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn. Please include the original tags, bra cups and packaging. If bra cups are not included in the return, a $2.50 charge will be incurred. We will happily exchange the item(s) or refund the payment. Exchanges are dependent on existing stock.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable (the cost to ship the suit to you, $6 domestic, $8.50-$15.10 international). We don't accept returns after 30 days. 

All items purchased during a sale or promotion are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns or exchanges for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and mark-downs/clearance. We thank you for understanding this policy!

Of course! We want our swimwear to fit you perfectly. If a piece does not fit, please send to Sensi Graves Bikinis for another size or a different piece.

Exchanges are super easy. We do not offer exchanges on final sale items.

Yes. Orders may be cancelled immediately after purchase before product has shipped. Please email shipping@sensigravesswim.com with your full name and order details. Once product has shipped, orders may be returned for a full refund within 30 days.

Yes. If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address for your order, we are able to change it if the product has not shipped. Please email shipping@sensigravesswim.com immediately with your full name and new shipping address.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and tracking number.  If you cannot find your USPS tracking number, please email shipping@sensigravesswim.com with your full name and order number.

Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m, not including Holidays. Orders placed after 10 a.m. are processed the following business day. Please allow up to 24 business hours to fully process your order. Orders are not processed on the weekend. Please note that while USPS is speedy and accurate, the arrival date is not guaranteed.

To order pieces deliverable to another address besides the billing address or to insert special shipment instructions, please use the “notes” section on the transaction screen upon checkout.

We do ship overseas! USPS is quite reliable although can sometimes get held up in customs. International delivery typically takes 14-20 business days, but can take up to 30 due to customs. Sensi Graves Bikinis is not liable for additional charges due to a countries' import taxes. Additional fees can and will apply depending on individual countries' tax regulations. We are also not liable for lost international packages. For better tracking and delivery on an international shipment, please choose DHL shipping. 

We ship everything from our warehouse located in Hood River, Oregon.

Please check with one of our national, international or online retailers for stock. Also, some pieces may be on back order. If so, they will be listed on the individual product page as such. Check back soon!

All of our swimwear is manufactured in Portland, Oregon, USA or Los Angeles, California. We like to keep it local!

Our swimwear is constructed of high-quality spandex/nylon blend fabrics. We choose our fabrics based on how they feel, how they hold up over time and how they impact the environment. We source fabrics from Portland, L.A. and Italy. We currently use Econyl fabrics made from reclaimed fishing nets and Repreve fabrics made from recycled plastic bottles. 

Yes! We’re happy to send you extra bra cups whenever you need. We do charge $1 per pair to cover our costs. Please email info@sensigravesswim.com for more information and to request a pair.
