Debbie Jean Hollomon
Sport: Surfing & Kitesurfing Hometown: Lahaina, Hawaii Debbie Jean grew up in coastal North Carolina with a love for the ocean. After moving to Hawaii, surfing became a lifestyle as she fell head over heels for the sport. Lucky enough to score a job on a sailboat, her passion was able to flourish as she spent more and more time on the water. With a background in both sailing and surfing, the natural progression was toward kiting. Debbie Jean took her first lesson on Maui, but decided to spend a season in Cape Hatteras where she found an old VW bus to call home and learned how to kite. She resides in Hawaii, where she enjoys the beauty of nature and the authenticity of a life on the sea. Her goal is to set sail with her lover aboard their boat Calliope and pursue new islands and adventures.

Connect: Facebook Page Instagram: @colleenjcarrol Best kiteboarding trip? This past year a group of us went to check out NitroCity in Panama. It was such a blast because there were no rules at the resort and we could run-a-muk as much as we wanted. They also gave us full access to their private cable park in addition to kiting almost every afternoon. Favorite food? Dark chocolate. Anna grew up watching all her older brothers wakeboarding but never really gave it a chance until she was 18 years old. She was soon hooked, and has been riding almost every day since! Anna has traveled all around the world competing on the Pro tour and claimed her first World championship title along with 2 national titles and a few other 1st place podium finishes. "It really all started as a hobby that turned in to a dream for me and I am so fortunate to be where I am at today. Wakeboarding has taught me so much about myself when it comes to handling pressure, facing my fears, and encountering the various cultures and settings that the sport has taken me to." What's your favorite Sensi bikini? My Favorite Sensi bikini would have to be the CLAIRE top matched with the JENNIFER bottoms. This combination checks all the boxes for me in what I like in a swim suit. Stylish, yet comfortable, flattering and reliable for any occasion. What's your favorite thing about wakeboarding? My favorite thing about wakeboarding is the community that the sport attracts. Nearly everyone you meet shares the same adrenaline addiction, easy going and open mindset. I have met some pretty amazing people thru wakeboarding and it is so cool to be able to share the same passion with people of all walks of life from all around the world. What is the most daring thing you've ever done? I try to do something every day that scares me to keep my adrenaline going but with wakeboarding it would be hard to narrow down exactly. I have rode on some pretty insane wake park setups including the quad pool at Valdosta Wake Compound and the “Big Plaza” at Cwc. I am still the only female rider to hit the Big Plaza at CWC in the Philippines and to this day, I have not been more intimidated by another setup then when I was riding that 18 stair bi level. What's your most memorable travel experience? My most memorable experience would be traveling to the small island of Nusa Penida off the coast of Bali and staying the night in a tiny tree house hanging off the side of a massive cliff over looking the ocean. Waking up to monkeys on our porch and watching schools of huge manta rays swim by was absolutely incredible! Do you have any special talents? I really love being creative, whether that means spending days working on a painting or artistic activity, to spotting angles on a building to try to climb up. I’m really just always looking with my creative eye on different ways to do things or different ways to challenge myself. What are your favorite foods? That’s such a hard question to answer, ha! My favorite foods range from sushi, spicy Thai curry, authentic ramen, to açaí bowls with berries and fruits. Really hard to narrow that one down. Haha What inspires you? I’m inspired most by other women in extreme sports that push their limits. Seeing female athletes that compete in skateboarding, surfing, snowboarding, kiteboarding and many others really drives me to want to push myself in wakeboarding to keep the bar always rising. What are your favorite ways to stay fit? My favorite off season training would be doing ninja warrior workouts. With wakeboarding, I don’t lift weights to stay fit, instead I simply use my own body weight as resistance like climbing rope and balancing on slack lines to keep myself in shape. Five things you couldn’t live without? Number one would be my family, they are all my best friends and without them I wouldn’t be where I am today. Others would be my Wakeboard, my notebook, and my friends. What are your goals for 2019? My goals are to focus more on progressing in wakeboarding, expanding my involvement in the industry and having as much fun as possible! Follow Anna's adventures on Insta! @annanikstad

Sport: Surfing, Snowboarding, Kiteboarding Hometown: Golden, BC in the winters & Cape Hatteras, NC for the rest Jessie is happiest when she’s in the ocean or in the mountains with a board under her feet. While at University Jessie was looking for a summer job, and a summer sport to complement her love of snowboarding. So she moved to Cape Hatteras, North Carolina to work at REAL Watersports and learn to kiteboard and to surf. Once Jessie got the hang of kiting she began coaching and has been captivated by the sport and the ocean ever since. Jessie is now the Head Coach at REAL Watersports and spends her summers on the water kiting, surfing, coaching, and volunteering with the Water Rescue Team. She’s a true waterwoman and an inspiration. In the winter Jessie plays in the mountains Ski Patrolling, snowboarding, and volunteering with the local Search and Rescue group. Be it in emergency situations or coaching Jessie loves helping others, and is stoked to share the sports she loves with others. Words of Wisdom “To be in the ocean and feel its power through every wave became addictive. The ocean’s constant movement and unpredictable moods were as mesmerizing as the ever changing mountains I already loved. I was hooked.” Favorite Sensi bikini: The Claire top & Emma bottom, and the Colleen top & Lindsy bottom. Both combos are bomb proof in the surf. Favorite sport: It depends on the day. Kiting, surfing, and snowboarding are all equally challenging and equally rewarding sports. I’ve had days of complete frustration with each, but the amazing days always outweigh the frustrating ones. Favorite place to visit: Anywhere there are great waves, wind, snow, friends, or family. Goals: To stay happy and healthy. To keep learning, progressing, and exploring, and to leave things better than I found them. snowboarding Coolest things I have seen while traveling: Fully breaching hump back whales silhouetted by the sunset while surfing in Puerto Rico.

Sport: Windsurfing Hometown: Maui Sarah was born and raised in New Caledonia, a French island located in the South Pacific. Her father taught her how to spearfish and windsurf on flat-water. At age 15 she tried windsurfing in waves and it became a passion. Sarah went to school in Grenoble, France and got a masters degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics in 2012. Sports: Snowboarding & Surfing Hometown: Sydney, Australia Alexa Hohenberg is a big mountain snowboarder and backcountry guide with a raging passion for surfing and supporting women to live their dreams. She quit a highly successful career in TV production to live by example through her women’s action sports website Still Stoked. On a mission to break down barriers and challenge the status quo of women in the outdoors and society, she shares stories, content and connections to show other women that it really is possible to live your dreams. When not high up on a mountain freezing her tits-off she can be found living the simple life on one of Sydney’s most famous surf beaches, Manly Beach. Every waking second is spent in a bikini as she laps up as much sun and surf as she can before winter starts all over again! Connect: Follow Alexa’s adventures on Still Stoked or her Instagram sensi graves palm print bikini Favorite Sensi bikini? I have been wearing the Claire top. I am a big fan of a cross back bikini for surfing. No stress on my neck and it holds you in tight. My boobs are known to get out and smack me in the face! What is the most daring thing you’ve ever done? Sadly, the most daring thing I have ever done is to stop doing what everyone else thinks I should be doing and start doing what makes me happy. Quitting my career to re-train as a heli-guide in Alaska and really put myself out of my comfort zone physically, financially, mentally and emotionally was terrifying. I’m still working through that challenge now employed as a professional backcountry guide but I’ve never been happier. Favorite place to visit? Alaska in my favourite place on the planet. The mountains are enormous and so humbling. You can think you’re such a bad-ass and one step out of the helicopter or onto a big slope puts you right in your place. I think it is very important to be made to feel small by nature. We manage so much of our environment nowadays from air temperature to physical surroundings. It is good for your soul to go into the wilderness and there are very few wildernesses on earth like Alaska. I try to go every year. Special talent? I am a classically trained fine artist and painter though I rarely get a chance to paint anymore. After high school, I received an offer to attend London’s top art and fashion school, Central St. Martins but I declined to move to Whistler in Canada to be a snowboard bum! Parents weren’t too stoked! Favorite food? Asian food. I love the freshness, colour and health in every bowl! surfer girl Your dream? My dream is to keep doing what I’m doing. I want to build Still Stoked into a bigger platform to inspire women, and watch the next generation of women come through. It is a honour and I’m thankful to be playing a small part in it. Coolest thing you’ve seen while traveling? How people change on a deep level. The sort of light-bulb moment that inspires them to make huge changes in their life. This happened to me and I love being there when other people have the same experience. It happens a lot especially in high energy, simple places like the mountains. Favorite way to stay fit? There is no fitness like surfing. You use every twitch muscle in your body. I love how strong I feel after surfing regularly. I balance that strength with yoga to stay supple (so important). Splitboarding is good too – there is nothing like the silence above the tree line in the mountains. It is such hard work. Five things you couldn’t live without? Gratitude My breath and yoga that inspires me to focus on it daily A solid surf bikini with thick cross straps (the Claire is my go-to) Snow Surf
